BidArt allows the administrators to maintain extensive details of each project categorized into several information types, which eases out the process of looking up the information when the need be. The information on the project details page is stored in an accordion style layout for easy classification.
The project details are categorized in following format.
- Basic Project Info: Where the basic details like project name, status, addresses, project type and other details are saved.
- Project Timeline: This is where the administration sets the timelines for the project, RFP, RFI, Bid Date and expected project start and end date are saved in this section.
- Project Budget/Project Size: In this section, the administration fills in details about the project budget, construction site details like construction area and other details.
- Miscellaneous Info: This is the place where minor details of the project are stored like LEED requirements, sales-related details, and other information related to the project, all managed through E-Tendering Software.
- Architect & Owner Info: These sections house the contact details like names of contact persons, emails, contact numbers and other details of the project owner and the architect.
