    Oh, of course, the Cost-of-Work Summary can be exported as a spreadsheet and be formatted, saved and be printed as a hard copy.

    Many times the pricing/bid submission time for the base bid & and alternates are different and multiple changes happen in-between. It is crucial to have backups of the progress made in this time frame.

    The versions create a backup of every detail within the project & it can be restored at any given moment.

    “Add-Ons”, such as insurances, bonds, general conditions, etc. (below the line costs) are added to the costs brought forward from the Cost-Of-Work Summary, arriving a total of all costs. Fee and final adjustments are added to the costs to arrive at the “As Submitted” Pricing.
